All wooden construction , frames in Oak, hull planking Mahogany with a transparent glass fiber layer and 2K Polyurethane-finish. Keel casted steel approx.. 3,5 t. Rudder: Oak

Designed  by Naval Architect Arvid Laurin, build in 1965, only 2 yachts of this Design have been built, her sistership is the GULLMAR 7, Arvid Laurins own vessel. The Drawings of the vessel can be found  in the Swedish sea- historical museum in Stockholm.

Sjöhäxan has been located in Sweden and been sailed to the Mediterranean 5 years ago. Currently located in the Ionian sea, near Corfu.

Engine: 4 cylinder Ford – Lehman,  72 hp; 2 Diesel Tanks 140 l each, 2 Blade propeller, direct Drive

Electrical system: refitted with Phillipi - Switchboard and Automatic loader, 3 Service and one Starter Battery, VHF, AIS , Radio& Bose Speakers, Position lights, Deck lights, All Interior lights LED.

Water: 2 x 47 l Freshwater tank, Salt and fresh water pump,
Masts: Main mast Aluminium, Mizzen Mast Glass fiber,
Sails: North sail furling Genua, Battened Gran Main and Mizzen Sail
Interior: Foreship – Double berth, Engine room – Storage and Toilet
Salon: convertible to double bed, Alcantara upholstery, Teak / Mahagony pantry with fridge & stove. Stern- 2 single berth
Cockpit: Garmin chart plotter, Auto pilot, Hydraulical steering, Depth sounder, Compass, 6 winches,
Equipment: Dinghy, Outboarder Yamaha 4 hp 2 stroke, Bruce Anchor, 40 m chain, Electric & Manual Bilge Pump, Fire Extinguisher, Electric Anchor winch;
